Almaz Self Propelled Grain Cleaners

The ALMAZ self-propelled separator is a unique mobile grain cleaning system consisting of the ALMAZ MC-20/10 or MC-10/5 aerodynamic grain cleaner, a cyclone (for collecting light impurities and dust), an elevator, a grain meter and an auger. The self-propelled ALMAZ grain cleaning machine is a ideal replacement in place of a stationary grain cleaning installation in your warehouse.
The 5 metre wide entry scraper elevator assists the grain, feeding the bunker of the machine with the raw material where the separation can then take place by the relevant density into output fractions of different grades. The amount of fractions used depends on cleaning needs  – achieving commercial grade, or seed cleaning purposes. Grain meter auger allows easy removal of commercial grain from the out-takes (fractions) that offloads the cleaned material into the load bin of the truck or a pit. The forage fraction is directed into an auger loader that takes away from the clean material. Light particles, such as dust, straw, chaff are efficiently collected by a cyclone.
The machine travels with the help of a geared motor with the ability to reverse allowing the machine move forward and backwards. The operation is managed by one operator and one or two auxiliary workers.
