The Sprayline 300 litre Mix-Master has been designed with superior mixing and induction of granular products plus with simplicity of operation in mind.
By simply positioning the suction and discharge 3 way valves, the operator has the ability to draw clean water in from an external source; from the 300 litre tank or a combination of both using the centrifugal pump; and can despatch the mixed solution back into the 300 litre tank for mixing, out to the boom spray or a combination of both.
The Mix-Master includes a sieve inside the tank attached to the anti-vortex fitting which assists in the prevention of clumps of product from entering the pump and causing damage.
The adjustable elbow fitting allows the operator to fine tune their individual mixing requirements based on amount of granular product and mixing volume.
A drum rinse nozzle is included for cater for liquid additions, and the spray gun allows for cleaning inside the tank.
All mounted on a pallet for a safe mixing platform as well as easy transportation.
